We have a number of new vendors we have partnered with!

DA Land now has Powder River Cattle and Equine equipment. Through Powder River we now provide a verity of tubs and ally's to include gates, panels and other cattle and equine equipment.
​
We are also please to announce the addition of Dirt Dog and Bush Hog. Dirt Dog allows us to provide Cat II tractor implements as well as attachments. Bush Hog likely needs no introduction, they lead the pack in mowing equipment as well as haying equipment.

PTO Link is also a new add, PTO Link manufacture's a safe and easy way to connect your PTO.

It has continued to be busy and we are so grateful for all the support from the local community!

Since the last update, we have added another manufacturer to our every expanding inventory and options. We are officially a Blue Diamond Authorized Dealer! This is one more American Made manufacturer with a variety of skid steer and tractor attachments.
We continue to have attachments arrive on site as well as gates, panels, and other supplies. Check in often for current inventory.

We have some exciting news!! We have added two more options for our customers! We have now partnered with Double HH base in Iowa!

Double HH manufactures and supplies a variety of Pins, Linkage parts, Hubs, Sprockets, Pulleys. and Hardware. Double HH is located in Rock Valley, IA .Double HH Hitchpins with red plastisol coated head/handle are warranted by Double HH Manufacturing and will be replaced if defective due to material or workmanship for life of the hitchpin. EXCLUSIONS: Normal wear, damage caused by improper use or accident, damage to head or handle, and finishes (shank coating and plastic cover). Hitchpins subject to replacement within the terms stated are to be returned to Double HH Manufacturing (POSTPAID). Double HH Manufactured PRODUCTS are warranted by Double HH Manufacturing for a period of one year after date of retail purchase. EXCLUSIONS: normal wear, damage caused by improper use or accident, and finishes (paint, plating, etc.). Manufactured products (such as cylinder pins, 3-pt hitch components, and stainless safety clips) subject to replacement within the terms stated are to be returned to Double HH Manufacturing (POSTPAID). Replacement or credit will be made on components found to be defective (upon factory inspection) in material or workmanship.

The last two months have been busy for sure! Since we last updated there has been a lot happening.

The Double HH order has arrived! we now have a variety of hitch pins, lynch pins, upper and lower three point parts available and ready for use. Contact us to take a look at the website to see what is available or give us a call to set time to come check out our inventory.
​
We also have had the opportunity to have the local FFA/Ag class to come out and help with tree planting. It was great to have the advisor and the kids come out to help and get some hands on learning. We look forward to the start of this great relationship wit the Tioga Ag class and what other future projects we can work together on. The kids were able to get help with close to 125 trees planted that day! Great work by all!!

We have seen a lot of progress and updates since the middle of March!! We had the pleasure to have the Fortuna Oracle come out and interview us and take some photos. We are truly grateful for the fine folks at the Oracle and all they due to provide news to the area. There are a few places around the Tioga area where you can obtain a copy and they also have an online version as well!! Look for the DA Land advertisement coming soon.

We also now have partnered with Thor Attachments in Fall Creek, Wisconsin. Thor Attachments manufactures adaptors for a variety of equipment to the Universal skid steer attachments. So what does that mean???? If you have a piece or equipment that current does not mount to the Universal skid steer attachments, we can now help remedy that. Thor Attachments are made with US steel in WI and we are proud to be partnering with them to provide an even wider range of services to the community.

If you have checked out our Facebook page, you will have noticed some work being done on location. We are getting the ground prepared for trees that will be coming in next month. We are super excited for the transformation that the property will be making this summer and look forward to having folks stop by and say hi!

Additional to product line!! We are pleased to announce that we have been approved and are now an official Tarter dealer. We are working to get our first order placed and into production. Tarter is an American made Farm and Ranch supplier. We will now start to have Category 1 3point attachments, fencing, gates, panels, feeders, etc....

We could not be more excited for the new partnership and look forward to the additional products that will now be available in Tioga!.

We continue to drive forward! As spring is coming everyone can expect to see more things happening on location. in April we will work up the area for trees that are to be planted in May. We have been working with the local FFA chapter on assisting with the planting of the tress so the FFA members can continue to learn and apply some of the learnings in real life activity. We are grateful for the Tioga FFA chapter and we look forward to a continued working relationship and continue to support our local FFA Chapter.
​
We also continue to look for more options to provide to the local community. We currently have an application for dealership in with a second American made manufacture. Once approved this will provide the opportunity to increase new items that we would not have been able to provide before. More to come as things happen, stay tuned and again, we thank the local community for all the great support!

We are in business!! The City Commission has approved the zone change variance and we are officially open! There have been a number of local people who have helped us to get to where we are now and we are so grateful to them all.

Thank you to the City Commission and the Commissioners for all they do, that is normally a thankless job and we are glad they are all willing to do it.

Planning and Zoning has approve the zone Change!! We are grateful for the members of the committee and there work in public service. They were very receptive to the change that will intern give the opportunity for a new business in Tioga.
We look forward to the City Commission meeting and their final approval of the requested zone change. We understand the work that goes into being a public servant and we want to thank the City Commission as well for the work they do. It is not an easy job and we are grateful for the work they do.
​
Once the City Commission approves we can place our first order to start carrying inventory on hand!! In the short term, we are constantly adding new items to view on the website.
​

DA Land has been working hard to ensure a timely start up. We have two meetings scheduled with city entities so that we can start providing quality, American made products to the local and regional communities.
Currently we are working on re-zoning a property to fit the business model. We will be attending the City Planning and Zoning meeting to gain there approval for the rezone.
​
After that, we will attend the City Commission meeting to gain approval as well. We are confident that both the P&Z committee and the City Commission will approve and we can then place our first order to have implements on hand in Tioga. We are grateful for the support we have received from the various committees in Tioga in assisting us and helping with getting us in the correct process to move forward. We are happy to be able to add to the growing business in the community and look forward to seeing all the business in the area grow.
